Neural network: stronger brain, stronger collaboration

Interconnectivity can encourage collaboration, creativity and communication, neurology expert Fiona Kerr told the WORKTECH Sydney conference 2017

Exercise, eating well and sleeping well are some of the key components to building a stronger brain. However, connecting with other people is the biggest driver in the workplace.

In this video, Fiona Kerr, industry professor in neural and systems complexity at Adelaide University, talks about the key chemicals that are formed by connecting with colleagues. These chemicals enable an individual to think in different ways and to be excited and engaged.

Interconnectivity promotes collaboration, creativity, communication and aligned values and trains the brain to be more adaptive and faster.
